These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rr333 ("rr333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the rr333 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated gaming and betting services available at rr333.io.

rr333 is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform operated exclusively for the entertainment of adult players aged 21 and above. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in the English language. All communications between rr333 and its players are conducted in English. To register and use rr333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active account:

3.1 Registration

You may not create multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or recovering a suspended account. rr333 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts will be suspended and any associated balances will be forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rr333 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the platform, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when your account activity triggers risk thresholds, or where required by rr333's internal compliance policies. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) no older than three months. rr333 may also request a selfie holding the submitted identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified deadline will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Account Currency

All rr333 accounts for Bangladeshi players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed balances, transaction records, and bonus amounts are shown in BDT unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

rr333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as listed on the rr333 deposit page from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits applicable to that method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. rr333 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Only cleared real-money funds that are free of pending wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

rr333 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rr333 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

rr333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Each welcome bonus is available to new players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment account is permitted.
• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

All bets placed on rr333 are subject to the specific rules of the market or game type selected. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. rr333 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by system errors or data feed failures.
• rr333 sets maximum win limits per event, per bet, and per day. These limits are displayed prior to bet placement. Winnings that exceed the applicable limit will be paid only up to the stated maximum.

• Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technology designed to circumvent geographic access controls or conceal your true identity or location.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing inconsistencies across platforms, whether or not such strategies involve only rr333.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the rr333 platform, software, or game systems.
• Use of stolen payment credentials, credit card fraud, or any other form of financial crime to fund an rr333 account.
• Creating or using a rr333 account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access your account.
• Any conduct that rr333 reasonably determines to constitute match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider knowledge exploitation in sports betting markets.

rr333 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report confirmed instances of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct to the appropriate authorities.

rr333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Upon termination for breach, rr333 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

Upon voluntary closure, your real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
